We invest in and encourage projects that contribute to the community, generate opportunities and development, and seek to make a difference where they are located. We always aim to support the growth of people and institutions that align with our strategy, culture, and values.

The projects included in our sponsorship policy fall under the following federal incentive laws (100% approved by the relevant authorities):
- Culture Incentive Law (Article 18 only) - Law 8.313/1991
- Sports Incentive Law - Law 11.438/2006
- Childhood and Adolescence Fund (FIA) - Law 8.069/1990
- Elderly People's Fund - Law 12.213/2010
- National Program to Support Health Care for People with Disabilities (PRONAS/PCD) - Law 12.715/2012
- National Program to Support Oncological Care (PRONON) - Law 12.715/2012
We also support projects through direct funding, such as events, initiatives, sports, and more.
Brametal is prohibited from supporting or sponsoring social actions, events or projects with the following characteristics:
- That may violate applicable laws, the Code of Conduct and Ethics or other Company Policies, as well as the pillars of action and sustainability guidelines;
- That may generate Conflicts of Interest, even if apparent or potential;
- Who have a history of involvement in fraud or committing crimes;
- That are politically partisan, religious, sectarian or ethnically discriminatory, or that in any way present other risk factors;
- That are linked to gambling, smoking, alcohol or drug use or that promote any type of violence or illegal act; That damage Brametal's reputation;
- Bidders who are natural persons.

We always base our assessment on the genuine intention to promote SUSTAINABLE LOCAL DEVELOPMENT, which is the strategic objective of Brametal's socio-environmental activities.
