TRANSMISSION

From project development to construction site delivery!

Brametal offers a complete engineering and design service, including project calculations and detailing, as well as the creation of bills of materials. To achieve this, it has an experienced and highly qualified team at its engineering office, located in São Paulo.

Based on our own designs or those of third parties, we develop prototypes, conduct pre-assembly, and, if recommended, perform load tests before moving on to the manufacturing phase, hot-dip galvanizing, and, finally, component packaging and delivery of the metal structures to construction sites.

Innovation, breaking paradigms, revolutionizing the energy transmission market, agility, and safety: these are just a few adjectives that represent the initiative of Brametal (a benchmark in transmission tower engineering), in partnership with Tac (a specialist in transmission line construction) and Omni (a leader in helicopter operations).

In 2023, three giant companies in the market, united behind a single goal, carried out the erection of a 230 kV tower with the support of a helicopter—something, until then, unprecedented in Brazil and which certainly represents a milestone in our history.

This is because one of the major challenges in building power transmission lines is logistics. However, this support from helicopters promises to speed up the process, reduce costs, provide greater safety, and minimize environmental impacts.
